Sales warranty and returns policy
All iPlay frames include an‘ Accidental Damage Warranty’. What does this mean? We know accidents can happen with little ones glasses so during the lifetime of the prescription, we can offer the following one time:
Supply us with the model number, px name or reference and receive a one time replacement of: 1. Complete frame at 50 % off normal trade price OR 2. Pair of sides FREE
Should you wish to return any undamaged frames for credit, we ask that you call us within 21 days of invoice and supply us with the model number, px name or reference.
If approved, goods must then be returned to us by 30 days of original invoice to qualify for a credit.
For eyewear returns meeting the above conditions, Bondeye will waiver any re-stocking fees.
