Ingredients (recipe makes 1 serving)

1/2 boneless Chicken thighs cut into small pieces

1/4 onion

2 eggs

■1 tablespoon soy sauce

■1 tablespoon Mirin

■1/2 tablespoon Sake

■1/2 tablespoon Sugar

■80cc water

■1/3 tea spoon Hon-dashi

Instructions

Put the seasoning with ■ and onion into a pan

Boil it with stronger medium fire for two minutes.

Add the chicken thighs.

Boil it with stronger medium fire for a time of 2-3 minutes and heat chicken.

Add 2/3 of the beaten egg.

Boil it with medium fire for 2minutes after closing the cap.

Put the rest of beaten eggs and boil it for 10 seconds with cap.

Advice

Do not mix eggs too much

If you don’t have onions, you may use white part of long leek instead.
