Low self esteem can be also known as self perception, self image or self concept. These are all words got to do with the view on ourselves.
As human beings we have the ability to measure our worth towards ourselves, these can include both bad and good thoughts. But do we know how they develop?
Most of the negative thoughts are resulted by early life experiences and conclusions we arrived at based on what has happened in our lives. It is most likely that we have encountered many negative influences leading up to low self esteem issues.
The easiest way you can fight your low self esteem issues is by just think about the positive parts of you and to just accept yourself weather fat or skinny or tall or short.
