Miley Cyrus has gone off the charts making her a world wide pop star and claims Birmingham is the "Sluttiest City in the world" after telling her fans to flash during her x-rated Bangerz Tour. Miley made this bold declaration to her fans and they were happy to do just that. By doing so Miley declared "Birmgingham the sluttiest city in the world!" according the Birmgingham Mail.
This comment drew mixed reaction from Birmgingham who took it to twitter sharing their view saying: "@MileyCyrus you have the cheek to say Birmingham the sluttiest place in the UK?? Have you seen yourself???". While another user said "'Miley Cyrus was amazing last night and apparently birmingham won sluttiest city, so f****** proud guys.". Although there were lots of mixed reactions just let Miley become herself and now we know that she has moved on from being a disney star.
