The Branches
The Executive Branch
The Executive Branch is headed by the president Evo Morales . Controls prices and the size of land citizens are allowed to own . They also are allowed to make reforms to the government .
The Judicial Branch
Consists of the Supreme Court , the Constitutional Tribunal , the Judiciary Council , Agrarian and Environmental Tribunal , and District .
The Electoral Branch
The Electoral Branch consists of Supreme Electoral Tribunal , the nine Departmental Electoral Tribunals , and Electoral Judges .
The Legislative Branch
Consists of Chamber of Senators , has 27 seats . Serve five year terms . Chamber of Deputies , 130 seats , also serve five year terms .
