The Branches
The Executive Branch
The Executive Branch is headed by the president Evo Morales. Controls prices and the size of land citizens are allowed to own. They also are allowed to make reforms to the government.
The Judicial Branch
Consists of the Supreme Court, the Constitutional Tribunal, the Judiciary Council, Agrarian and Environmental Tribunal, and District.
The Electoral Branch
The Electoral Branch consists of Supreme Electoral Tribunal, the nine Departmental Electoral Tribunals, and Electoral Judges.
The Legislative Branch
Consists of Chamber of Senators, has 27 seats. Serve five year terms. Chamber of Deputies, 130 seats, also serve five year terms.
