➢ En los últimos 5 meses ingresaron 7,805 tickets, de los cuales se solucionaron 6,808
tickets. A continuación el detalle mensual:

En Junio ingresaron 1,337 nuevos tickets de los cuales se cerraron 961 tickets.
• En Julio ingresaron 1,640 nuevos tickets de los cuales se cerraron 1,433 tickets.

• En Agosto ingresaron 1,583 nuevos tickets de los cuales se cerraron 1,476 tickets.
• En Septiembre ingresaron 1,498 nuevos tickets de los cuales se cerraron 1,364
tickets.
• En Octubre ingresaron 1,747 nuevos tickets de los cuales se cerraron 1,574
tickets.
