14. Can you determine each of the strategic plan, tactical plan and the operational plan
in your institution?
We’ve mentioned above the global strategy of Boldwin School, in terms of tactics, we simply
understand tactics as detailed tasks to achieve the strategic plan, and these tasks are distributed
among teachers and staff with a deadline. In terms of operational plans, we use the term “bylaws”
or “policies and procedures” that help us organize the relationships between employees and
departments.
15. Can you provide us the organizational chart?
I’m sorry I won’t be able to provide you with the Organizational Chart since it is a highly confidential
document, yet I can tell you that it is quite a flat OC, where CEO, General Supervisor, Academic
Director, Activities Coordinator and Finance Officers work closely on a daily basis. Teachers
report to their subject coordinators and to the academic director. Other staff like cleaning and
maintenance are considered as a shared resource.
