As you may have heard, I was diagnosed with Leukemia. This didn’t
seem like a big deal at the time because they said my chances were about
17/20 (or 85%) of surviving. I still remain positive, but now I know how much
energy chemotherapy takes out of you and it’s just really exhausting. I’m not
attending school right now because it’s winter and everyone is sick. This
might sound nice, but I can assure you, it is not. I don’t know if you know, but
if you stay at home all day sleeping, it can make you feel like a real loser. I am
not worried at all about my chances, and I have that super cool mom I men-
tioned earlier, who helps me stay positive and is always by my side. My sister
also shaved her head, which she said was for me but I’m pretty sure it was
just so her hair could grow back softer. She dyes her hair a lot, so it is usually
like straw. Right now I’m sick, which is lame, but I’m taking medicine which
should help. I hope you enjoyed reading this, and just know; I want you to
watch Black Mirror on Netflix. It’s my favorite show \(*O*)/.
