Materials : Tin or Vase Paper Straws : any kind of color or look you want Double-sided tape Optional : ribbon , twine , or any decorations
Directions : 1 . Take a tin / vase and put a couple strips of double-sided tap onto it . 2 . Stick paper straws all around the tin / vase . 3 . Once you are done sticking straws all around the tin / vase you can put ribbon , twine , etc . on it to give it more flare . 4 . After you are done with these steps then your project is complete !
