Summer Fun and Fitness

This is to encourage you not to give up on your fitness goals even though it is summer. Many people have been working on their “Beach Body” all year but it should be a lifestyle, not just a short term fix.

Below you will find practical tips to help keep you on track or get moving, wherever you are on the fitness spectrum.

For your morning cardio to get you going, no gym is needed. Grab a jump rope, or go for a run or a brisk walk. Your body will thank you for it!

It's not a pill or a wrap or fad diet but....What If I told you that you could exercise for less than an hour, eat this every day and lose more than 10lbs of body fat...would you try it?

It's called MEAL PREP.

After I do my morning cardio, I like to prepare myself a beautiful breakfast to eat outside while I reflect on yesterday and plan for tomorrow. Today is already done.

Breakfast

Sautéed Spinach, Grilled Onions & Peppers, Egg Whites & Sprouted Toast

Lunch

Salmon topped with grilled onions,

Broccoli and carrots

Dinner:

Spaghetti Squash,Steamed Broccoli

and Pan Seared Tilapia.
