Q How can a woman learn to be comfortable in the body she currently has?

LG If you don’t like the way you look, then change it. In the meantime, while you are getting to where you want to be, love the YOU that you are now. You are unique; there is no one else on the earth just like you. Even twins have subtle differences that make them unique. There is so much positive imagery now for all shapes and sizes. Expose yourself to positivity in everything that you do; surround yourself with like-minded people who are out for your good; ignore the negative aspects of daily life and social media that tends to tear people down. I can’t say it enough, you are beautiful, and everything that you need is already inside of you. It’s up to you to bring it out, and also to protect yourself from outside forces that may try to drag you down. Repeat after me, “I am beautiful, wonderful, and deserve all of the good things that God has in store for me. My body is my temple and is fierce, no matter my shape, size or age.”

Q How can every woman live & look like a runway model?

LG Well now, that’s a loaded question, LOL. It depends on which runway model you want to look like. Do you want to look thin and willowy, thick and curvy, or be somewhere in the middle? These days there are models for a variety of categories. Most would agree that if you look good you feel good and there is always something that we can do to make us smile on the inside when it comes to our personal care and well-being. Want to learn how to apply make-up? Take a class, review a YouTube video or two for visual assistance in obtaining the look you want, or work with a Make Up Artist (MUA) at your favorite cosmetic counter or a freelance MUA to assist you in achieving your desired look. Decide what your own personal style is and then build your wardrobe and accessories to fit it. Start small if you have to, but start something.
