Ingredients:
Peppermint Iced Matcha Latte
Mighty matcha and powerful Peppermint make a delicious combination.
1 tsp matcha powder, sifted 55 ml cold water 220 ml almond milk( or plant-based alternative) 2 drops Peppermint essential oil Whipped cream( or plant-based alternative) Ice
Instructions:
1. Fill a glass with ice. Add milk and Peppermint.
With a high menthol content, Peppermint is cooling, deeply refreshing and gentle on the stomach.
2. In a separate glass, froth together the matcha and water with a whisk or handheld milk frother.
3. Pour the matcha over the milk. Optional: top with cream. Stir & enjoy!
Shine Boost Hair Rinse

Ingredients:
250 ml warm water 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar 5 drops Wild Orange essential oil
Tools: Squeeze bottle or jug
Instructions:
1. Mix all ingredients in your container. 2. Shake or stir well. 3. After shampooing, pour over the hair & massage it into the scalp. 4. Leave for 2 – 3 minutes, then rinse well. Use once a week.
Why it Works:
Limonene( found in citrus fruits) is cleansing and stimulating, helping to cut through residue. Vinegar removes product build-up, leaving hair feeling lighter and fresh.
