(include an additional $10.00 if you want to be included in Skins) to:

Dues are payable starting January 1, 2020, and must be received by March 1, 2020
for your name to appear in the Bogey Hills Ladies Golf Association Handbook.
After March 1, 2020, a delinquent fee of $10.00 will be charged.
