기본 중의 기본 , 글루 기법 ( Glue Method )
글루 기법은 모발에 추가적인 볼륨감을 줄 수 있다 . 이 방법은 먼저 머리 를 샴푸한 후 완벽히 말린 상태에서 시작해야 한다 . 머리카락을 섹션으로 나눈 뒤 머리 뒤쪽에서 시작하여 머리 윗부분은 묶고 나머지 부분은 아래 로 남겨둔다 . 위빙 헤어의 트랙 부분에 소량의 접착제를 바른 뒤 ( 머리카락 에 접착제를 바르면 안 됨 ) 접착제가 만졌을 때 끈적해질 때까지 몇 초 동 안 기다린다 . 가능한 두피에 접착제가 묻지 않도록 하면서 머리카락 부분 을 따라 붙인다 . 이때 낮은 온도로 설정한 헤어드라이어를 사용하여 접착 제를 고정하면 좋다 . 글루 기법을 사용한 모발은 최대 2개월 정도 지속될 수 있지만 전문가들은 한 달 이상은 방치하지 않는 것이 좋다고 조언한다 .
자연스러움을 더할 Partial Sewing
지금까지 살펴본 방법들은 머리 전체에 브레이딩을 하여 바느질을 통해 머 리를 엮는 방법이었다 . Partial Sewing 은 말 그대로 머리카락의 일부를 남 겨두고 머리카락의 밑부분을 땋는 방법인데 남겨진 머리카락으로 땋은 머 리를 덮게 된다 . 즉 땋은 부분에만 바느질을 하여 머리를 엮고 남은 머리로 트랙 부분을 덮게 되는데 , 이런 방법을 사용하려면 본인의 모발이 위빙 헤 어의 모발 텍스처와 비슷해야 가장 자연스럽게 연출된다 . 전체 머리를 다 땋는 방법이 아니기 때문에 두피를 보호할 수 있고 본인의 머리 텍스처를 살릴수 있기 때문에 자연스러운 연출이 가능하다 .

The basic glue method
Glue techniques provide extra volume to hair . You start with thoroughly dried hair after shampooing . Divide up hair into sections , and starting from the back hair , tie the top portion and leave the rest down . Apply a small amount of glue to the weaving track ( do not apply glue to the hair ) and wait for a few seconds till the glue becomes sticky . Avoid glue touching the scalp as much as possible and work along the hair . You can use a blow hair dryer at a low-temperature setting to accelerate the glue setting . Glued hair extensions can last up to two months , but experts recommend that you do not leave the glued hair for more than a month .
Partial sewing for a natural look
The methods discussed so far would braid the entire head and apply for hair extensions all over the head . Instead , partial sewing involves leaving some hair while braiding from the tip of your hair . As a result , the leftover hair would cover the braided hair . In this method , you would have sew-in hair extensions on the braided parts which are covered with leftover hair . For a natural look , your own hair should have a similar hair texture as the hair extensions . By avoiding braiding the entire hair , you can protect the scalp and bring your own hair ’ s texture to the play for a natural-looking style .
