and early spring, there are
numerous sports events
that most of the
population in this country
watch with friends and
family. Usually, people will
host Super Bowl parties
during the Super Bowl and
will occasionally host
March Madness parties for
the NCAA Basketball
Tournaments (Men?s and
Women?s). Without a
delicious guacamole dip,
these parties will be
incomplete.
My Game Day Guacamole Dip
is healthy because it is low in
sodium and unhealthy fats.
Furthermore, it is high in
potassium, Vitamin E, Omega
3?s, and Vitamin C. Also, it is
rich in flavor, as well as being
creamy, crunchy, and spicy.
Listed below are the
ingredients for this dish that
serves four people.
4 avocados
1 tsp. of sea salt
3 tbsp. of basil
4 tbsp. of salsa
1 tsp. of black pepper
1/8 tsp. of garlic powder
5 cloves of garlic
1 oz. of Tabasco sauce
