What's a better way to start the
Christmas season than to start it off with
delicious desserts? Well, there might be
some ways? but they're not as tasty
and warm as a snickerdoodle cookie!
These cookies send me straight to a
North Pole winter! (Even in 70-degree
weather!) Spiced very lightly with
cinnamon, these little cookies bring the
holiday season right to your taste buds!
Snickerdoodle Cookies
1 ½ cups sugar
1 cup grape seed oil
2 vegan eggs (we use Bob?s)
1 tsp vanilla
3 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 ½ tsp cinnamon
