Busy Babies

Family Yoga
Yoga is family bonding at its best! This class adapts traditional yoga poses in playful, simple and fun ways. Partner poses, storytelling, music, and games are emphasized. You and your child play together while bonding, getting strong and building confidence. Get cozy with your child for a relaxation exercise to end the class. Experience the ways that yoga can benefit your whole family. Yoga can be practiced for a lifetime, so start the experience together as a family! All levels are welcome, no previous yoga experience is necessary. Class is geared towards kids ages 3-6 with a parent, grandparent, or guardian. Class is taught by a certified instructor from YogaKids. Fee is per couple but only register the child for this program.

Little Sluggers T-ball
Jumpstart your youngster’ s career in this class that teaches basic hitting, fielding, base running and, most importantly, how to have fun. Players should bring their own glove. All players receive a T-shirt, cap and award.

Fit N Fun for Kids
Run, jump, hop, skip, stretch and play to gain strength, flexibility and cardio awareness as well as improve motor development, spatial awareness, cognitive ability and socialization and sharing skills. Activities include relay races, games, obstacle courses and much more. Wear comfortable clothes and gym shoes for this action-packed class. Please bring a water bottle to class.

Lil Kicks Soccer
In this instructional program designed for first-timers, players learn the basic skills of dribbling, passing, shooting and goaltending with smaller-sized soccer balls. Instructors work with participants on good sportsmanship, participation and teamwork. This is a great class for both boys and girls. Games are played at the end of each class.

Tiny Tot Olympics
Parents and kids participate in fun activities by jumping, running, throwing and develop a variety of other skills as they participate in soccer, track and field, and other Olympic sports. The last class is filled with pint-sized Olympic games including obstacle course games, long jump and relay races.
