This group fitness class focuses on strength , durability , speed and agility . Class is designed on participants ’ needs and abilities . This is a great chance to build skills , increase confidence and get fit in time for school . Class is taught by a certified personal trainer . Please bring a small journal and a water bottle to class .

Track and Field Camp
Campers learn the fundamentals involved with improving flexibility , proper stretching , developing core-strength and other concepts as they relate to the jumping , running and throwing skills involved in the sport of track and field . Participants practice sprints , relays , long distance walking , running hurdles , long jump and more . A track and field meet will be held the last day of camp . Please bring a water bottle to class every day .
