This group fitness class focuses on strength, durability, speed and agility. Class is designed on participants’ needs and abilities. This is a great chance to build skills, increase confidence and get fit in time for school. Class is taught by a certified personal trainer. Please bring a small journal and a water bottle to class.

Ninjas will gain endurance and strength in this camp featuring obstacle training, martial arts, gymnastics, tumbling and freestyle movement. Focus is on confidence, respect, listening, working toward goals, strength, agility, flexibility and creative energy. Register before June 26 and receive a Ninja Camp T-shirt.

Track and Field Camp
Campers learn the fundamentals involved with improving flexibility, proper stretching, developing core-strength and other concepts as they relate to the jumping, running and throwing skills involved in the sport of track and field. Participants practice sprints, relays, long distance walking, running hurdles, long jump and more. A track and field meet will be held the last day of camp. Please bring a water bottle to class every day.
