The Hemmingway App allows me to simply paste my post into it and identifies these problems. It also rates how easy to read my text is and allows me to fix the most pressing problems. This results in better content that gets shared more often – which translates to more traffic.

Why this boosts your traffic? Better content always gets more shares, likes and traffic.

10. IFTTT

IFTTT stands for “If This Then That” – and that is probably the best description of what it does you will ever read anywhere. Once you register you can automate almost anything you usually do online – need to crosspost your blog posts over all your social media channels? Simply connect your RSS feed and you social accounts and add a rule for that – or recipe, which is what rules are called in IFTTT. Want to curate blog posts from your five favorite social media blogs on your Tumblr? There is a recipe for that.

This works for almost any social media site, email, RSS feeds, you name it. You can also browse the recipes that others have created – there are hundreds, and just by browsing you get new ideas. Some will give you traffic, some will make your life easier, … IFTTT is one of the most powerful tools we know!

Why this boosts your traffic? The options with IFTTT are almost limitless – use your creativity to use it to boost your traffic.

SanDisk’s Extreme Pro USB 3.1 Flash Drive Is Extremely Fast

Offered in 128GB and 256GB capacities, the Extreme Pro can achieve read speeds of 420MB/s and write speeds of 380MB/s. Of course, in order to enjoy such high speeds you’re going to need a USB 3.1 port capable of providing them.

These drives retain the Type-A USB connection rather than the newer Type-C connector. That makes them capable of plugging into many more devices, but means you’ll require a dongle to use them with a MacBook Pro$1,649.99 at Amazon, for example.

The Extreme Pro uses an aluminum casing for durability and ships with SanDisk SecureAccess software providing 128-bit AES encryption for your files. There’s also an included RescuePRO Deluxe offer for recovering deleted files.

The 256GB model is priced at $179.99, but B&H is listing it for pre-order with a $139.95 price tag. Expect other online retailers to come in at around that price point, too. No pricing has been announced for the 128GB model yet.

If 256GB of portable storage isn’t enough and the DataTraveler Ultimate GT turns out to be very expensive, maybe LaCie’s updated bright orange Rugged drive will fit your needs? The Rugged has been updated to use USB Type-C and offers between 500GB and 5TB of storage.
