Link

"The majority of the music that I write has sexual connotations"

Link's music has a certain sexual edge and by his own admission he is very sensual, which can be seen, heard and felt in all of his music. Yep, every song. Sex, love and romance are senses that have eternal longevity and this plays a big part in Link's staying power. However, we cannot take away from his talent as a singer/songwriter...a very evident factor.

There are many sides to Link that his fans may not be aware of, aside from his gospel foundation. He is witty, he loves to smile as well as keep a smile on his partners face. But what really brought a resounding laughter was his nonchalant statement that he is slightly romantic. His idea of romance is him simply being Lincoln Browder.

He candidly laughs at the comment of relationship deal breakers, which is bad sex. "You can put up with a lot of things, but bad love making is not an option" says Link.

I asked Link had he ever made love to someone that was so emotionally charged that he cried. After much laughter he stated "No I have not, but maybe she has (cried)." I am assuming this is his witty side.

As you can see; our conversation, while interesting stayed in the true essence of Link's music...

As we switched gears, I asked him about the future of R&B and his advice to future artists.
