The Austin Music Lounge would like to recognize entertainers Nubia Emmon, Cj TheBest, Fantacia and Joseph "DJ Versus" Vaughan for their hard work on the Austin, Texas music scene and for remaining influential and supportive to other artists.
Joseph “DJ Versus” Vaughn is known for his Texas made dance music and ultra sleek light shows. Never one to let adversity or life’s hurdles stand in his way, DJ Versus has overcome all nay sayers to become a much sought after DJ.
While BLAQUELINE Entertainment has been able to connect with DJ Versus on a personal level, we felt it was even more important for the music scene to get to know the man behind the DJ Booth.
In an arena full of competition, doubters and hard knocks; DJ Versus has survived the cut and continues to bring a new dynamic to the DJ'ing industry. His eye catching light shows are a creative addition to his mixing and 21st century DJ style.
This young man has set the bar for those working their way up to the upper echelon of music.
Fantacia was born in the summer of 1994 in Seguin, TX. Brothers Enrique Rangel, Jr. and Joshua Rangel began practicing a variety of music with friends. The two soon afterwards convinced their father, Enrique Rangel, Sr. to join, followed by the addition of Steven Camacho playing keyboards.
With the new cast assembled, the band discovered the core essence of their sound and the mystic experiment called Fantacia sprang forth.
Fantacia released their first album, titled Fantacias in 1998 featuring two original songs: Como Tu and Linda Munequita. With their music being played on local radio stations and their popularity growing,

Fantacia followed up their debut by releasing their sophomore effort in 2002 titled, La Herida. Currently in the studio working on their next album titled Cumbia Reveton.
