Latina Leadership Academy
In March , firm attorney
Paula M . Vigo Marques attended the HNBA Latina Leadership Academy , held virtually . The Academy included panels discussing common issues Latinas face in the legal industry , opening up conversations and giving concrete examples as to how to navigate the legal industry .
“ As women and as Latinas , we are not often given the opportunity to be vulnerable and open about our experiences in the legal industry , and the Academy created a safe space to share stories and learn from each other ,” said Paula .
