Build a Guitar: Making Music, Making an Impact
At our Associate Retreat in Nashville, associates participated in a Build a Guitar: Making Music, Making Impact activity, combining team collaboration with community service. Working in teams, associates assembled high-quality guitars from custom-designed kits and donated them to Nashville-area schools and youth programs. Teams completed challenges to earn the parts needed to build their instruments and decorated guitar boxes that showcased their unique personality and creativity.
United Way Giving Campaign
Blank Rome supports United Way’ s mission to improve health, education, and financial stability in our communities. Through our annual employee giving campaign, colleagues can contribute via payroll deductions to a wide range of causes, including more than 160 agencies working to alleviate poverty, as well as other eligible nonprofit organizations. Last year, our firm raised more than $ 100,000, reflecting our continued commitment to creating meaningful, measurable community impact.
