Affinity Group Client Events
At the heart of Blank Rome’ s DI & B efforts are our affinity groups, which are professional communities that bring together colleagues of diverse identities, backgrounds, and experiences around shared interests and experiences. BR Asian, BR Black, BR Brave, BR Latinx, BR MENA, BR Parents + Caregivers, BR Pride, and BR Women do more than strengthen relationships across the firm; they create spaces where connection, belonging, and genuine engagement take root. Throughout the year, many of our affinity groups also partner with clients to host events that extend these connections beyond the firm, reinforcing our commitment to inclusive community building and meaningful collaboration.
