Any issues found are documented by the officer in an incident report if
needed. A picture of the incident will be taken for both your records and
ours. Spot checks can also be used to conduct and monitor property
maintenance reporting, randomly through the day or evening based
on the client’s needs. Guardlocate also features a parking violations
section with the ability to print violations if needed. When a violation
is submitted, an email is automatically sent to our client. Spot checks
can be used to monitor, enforce, and correct parking issues in your
community or business.
