Bellalicious Cosmetics is a kids’ cosmetic line of nail
polish, lip gloss and hair care products that promotes beauty
and confidence from the inside & out for ALL girls!

Bellalicious Cosmetics was founded in late 2013 by
Yolanda Flournah-Perkins when she became aware of the
lack of child-friendly nail polishes on the market. When she
was painting her daughter, Bella’s, nails, she realized that
the ingredients were toxic and unsafe for her child. After
researching and becoming aware of the fact that there were
very few nail polishes that were safe for children, she decided
to set out and create polishes of her own that had less toxic
ingredients.

Yolanda utilized her cosmetic line as a platform to
focus on sending strong, empowering and positive messages
to girls to remind them that they are beautiful, to embrace
their difference and to dream big. Since its inception, Bellalicious Cosmetics has become a movement of positivity and
self-confidence for girls and women all over the world!

For Yolanda, having a platform like Bellalicious Cosmetics is something invaluable that she wished was around
when she was in college. It was due to her low self-esteem
and low-confidence that Yolanda made a foolish decision in
college that landed her in federal prison for 37 months. It was
while Yolanda was in prison that she realized her value and
worth and knew that she would never return. After her release
from prison, Yolanda went on to finish school where she
ended up receiving a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice
and a Master’s degree in Health Services Administration
from Florida Gulf Coat University and Nova Southeastern
University.

Bellalicious Cosmetics is a constant reminder for ALL
girls that they are SMART, CONFIDENT, INTELLIGENT,
but more importantly, they are BEAUTIFUL!
