Our team of female lawyers have repeatedly overcome obstacles , pushed boundaries , and broken the mould of what it means to be a woman in the legal profession .
With a clear focus on gender equality , we are proud of our role in supporting revolutionary women in the legal profession . This is evident through the appointment of Kelly Thompson , a partner in the trade mark litigation group , as the first female chairperson of our firm , as well as female partners forming 43 % of our partners . We currently have three female partners on the firm ’ s management committee and three of the firm ’ s five senior managers are female . Beyond our firm ’ s leadership , our statistics are even more impressive with 75 % of our total staff compliment being female .
