Liquid Crystal Laboratory: In order to promote inter-disciplinary
research in liquid crystals, the Liquid Crystal Laboratory was
established in 2004. Projects relating to Liquid Crystals are presently
being carried out in the laboratory with the support of the funding
agencies like AICTE, BRNS-DAE, DST and DRDO. The state-of-the-art
facilities in the laboratory are utilized for characterizing the liquid
crystal with sophisticated equipment like:
Nikon Polarizing Microscope
GwInstek Digital Oscilloscope
Abbe Refractometer
Shimadzu DSC
Bomem FTIR
Agilent Impedance Analyzer
Sonics Ultra Sonificator
Keithly six and half digit multimeter
Shimazdzu Single Pan balance
