Looking at the pace with which the events are happening we thought it prudent to bring a mid issue not wait till the end of the month .
The most important event was of NISA ( National Immunization Support Alliance ) protocol. The top four namely Dr.Khadar Vali, Dr.Biswaroop Roy Chowdhury , Dr. Hitesh Jani, Dr.A.S.Azad had a marathon, sat together and developed a common protocol for Pre Corona , Corona and post Corona called ‘NISA protocol’. This was the need of the hour. The top brains agreeing to a common protocol eliminated the confusion in the minds of the followers as to whom to follow and whom not.
We are hopeful that this protocol will be followed not only in India but all over the world with little variation done to suit the local conditions.
Dr. Biswaroop Roy Chowdhury meanwhile comes up with a solution for breathing problem of Covid patients wherein he suggests fan ventilation and prone positioning for covid patients as a solution for nationwide shortage of oxygen.
There was a great crisis following with the escaping away of Poonawala from the country, political leaders ambitious plan of vaccinating everyone including children, lockdowns extending to almost all over the country and the simmering revolt behind the superficial calm. The ruling elite is in a great dilemma as the things seem to be going out of their control. They do not know, how long they can hold on to with the body blow defeat and setback in elections which clearly expressed the mood of the people.
The grip of the centre is loosening over the states with Prime Minister's gentle advise to states to use the lockdown as the last resort, not being heeded to.
The team BRC is now focusing on problems of solving the issues of suffering masses with other things being set aside temporarily. After a transitory treatment center at Gazipur border, they now have a Government approved Covid Center at Jaipur. They also have received a request from the Maharashtra Government for treating at their Covid Centers.
There is a difference in the situation between last year and this year. Whereas last year people enthusiastically moved out of their houses, balconies and voluntarily and sounded thali's, lighted candles whenever called for , this year the police is required to thrash them to remain indoors. People are gradually coming to know of the conspiracy that is being played at the International level and collusion of media channels , the acts of obliging national leaders sold out to their International Masters.
Not to be left out, we shall have a regular issue by the end of the month hoping that there will be enough of contribution from your end.
