But for the same reason when a Biologist from Japan, Yoshinori Ohsumi , got Nobel Prize in 2016 for his new Research (invention) on Autofagy (Cell Biology) , people started believing in this method of treatment by fasting.
After all why it is so that our traditions are considered to be orthodox ? But when a foreigner gives an approval for it, then the people of our country start believing in it so easily.
Come then let us understand what is this Autofagy, because of which we can remain healthy for hundred years without a disease and without a medicine.
