Video begins … Morning friends, I am Manas Samarth. I am with Dr.Biswaroop Roy Chowdhury . Now I want to know about the new course which Dr.Biswaroop Roy Chowdhury is launching very soon and we want to know about that course .

Manas Samarth: Sir, what is this course?

Dr.Biswaroop Roy Chowdhury : See this is an ‘Emergency and Pain Management Certification Course’ by Shridhar University. It is of two months duration. Now Emergency and Pain Management can be very well understood by you. If any Emergency situation, comes before you, then what you will do?

It is obvious; you will not go to the hospital. That is on first line. Suppose a snake has bitten you. Then what will you do? Whatever has to happen, has to happen within next four minutes. The poison will either climb up or not. The first four minutes are enough. Run anywhere, nothing is going to happen.

May be the snake bites, may be the dog bites. Now suppose a dog bites, you run for rabies injection or take vaccine. Then why do you run for an injection . Thinking that if the dog has rabies in its body then they will in turn enter your body. In case if the rabies has already come then why do you want to put rabies once again in to your body through vaccine. And in case if rabies has not come at all then what will the vaccine do?

It means, there is no logic. Under emergency, according to existing protocol, if any nail enters , you run for Tetanus injection. There is no connection between the nail entering and the body and Tetanus injection for becoming well or not. Eventually you are going to become well, as such. Then people say, see Tetanus injection saved me.

Then these are all small small decisions to be taken in while in all you take the wrong decisions. These are all the things. Among them the most important thing that is in this course is, .. you have seen since for last one to one and half year. Those people who had a deficiency of oxygen in their chest and were facing difficulties, for them one postural medicine, what is it being called as , that the moment they changed their posture, put on the fan, immediately the breathing starts, oxygen saturation increases. This our NICE experts might have observed, thousands among you might also have observed, done, with the training that we gave. Which is a part of our nutrition course. Or the prone ventilation which we taught. There is no need for any oxygen cylinder, no need for any ventilator. Your body itself can become a ventilator. Your body can become an oxygen cylinder. For that you have to just change your posture. By changing the posture he revives himself within 15 minutes. Within 15 minutes.
