COVID-19 vaccines developed using RNA technology, such as the one developed by Bill Gates-backed Moderna, can genetically modify human beings, according to Dr. Andrew Kaufman (MD), an American doctor based in Syracuse, New York.
According to the WEF, 4IR will include such technologies as Artificial Intelligence (AI, for which Modi government cleared Rs 7000 crore in Sep. 2019) and Machine Learning, Drones and Tomorrow’s Airspace, Internet of Things, Robotics and Smart Cities, Blockchain (on which NITI Aayog published a discussion paper in Jan. 2020) and Distributed Ledger Technologies, Biotechnology and Gene Editing.
Each of these technologies is about inventorying, surveillance, control, and manipulation of nature, including human life, turning the world into a digital panopticon.
There are multiple descriptors for what is essentially a democracy - destroying, totalitarian agenda for the world pushed by the WEF capitalists.

The WHO has a long history of corruption and criminality; it tried – not very successfully – to impose a fake ‘pandemic’ on the world in 2009 in the name of ‘H1N1 or Swine Flu’ outbreak.
The Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE) had in 2010 conducted an inquiry into the fake swine flu ‘pandemic’ and found that the WHO had colluded with the Big Pharma (GSK, Merck, Pfizer, Sanofi and other predatory pharmaceutical companies) to perpetrate the fraud in order to help the companies sell their toxic vaccines and make windfall profits.
The inquiry also found that the WHO changed the definition of a ‘pandemic’ in May 2009 in order to facilitate the staging of a bogus ‘pandemic’. The phrase “with enormous numbers of deaths and illness” in the old definition was replaced by “more cases of that disease than normal”.
Big Pharma has been intimately related to the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation (BMGF) which has not only been the world’s largest funder of pharmaceutical research but has also become the largest non-governmental funder of the WHO. Bill Gates has long been the world’s foremost salesman of imaginary ‘pandemics’ and the snake oil of toxic vaccines.
Gates has indeed been the ringleader of an international vaccine mafia consisting of the Big Pharma and the WHO.
Gates’ influence is clearly visible in the fact that out of 17 sustainable development goals (SDGs) making up the UN Agenda 2030 (which is now under the control of the WEF), 14 have been listed as requiring vaccination for their fulfillment!
