4. Stay hydrated

This year ramdan coming in summers, so you should keep your self hydrate is an important task. First of all you should not go out without any reason like shopping or just to move around, ramdan is month of prayer , ibadat, and magfirat. One should keep your self busy with ibadat all the time.

After iftar Don't wait till you're thirsty to drink. By the time you feel thirsty, you're already slightly dehydrated.

Eat water-rich fruits and vegetables,

Stay inside when it gets too hot, Dress for the weather.

Most important is DO NOT DRINK SOFT DRINKS AND SODA. OR TANG.

Instead make fresh fruit juice or simple lime juice at iftar time.

Eating fruits during iftar is still our routine I hope it will be there in your dastar khwan.

5. Have a healthy, balanced diet

All said and done, balanced diet is a key to good health. Even during fasting month, ensure your Ramadan food intake is simple and does not deviate too much from your normal diet. Have plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables and avoid processed foods as much as possible. Even deep fried foods should be consumed minimally. Don’t forget to consume food items like barley, wheat, oats, millet, semolina, beans, lentils, wholemeal flour and basmati rice which are complex carbohydrates and help release energy slowly during the long hours of fasting.
