Pray how are they being penalized
till date? There have virtually nil
or negligible tariff barriers which
are usually there in every
developing country of some
reasonable level to allow domestic
manufacturing to be viable. There
are virtually no non-tariff barriers
which even developed economies
use to protect their domestic
industry and raise the bar to
access markets.
