Sanofi announced the appointment of Nikhilesh Kalra as the General Manager of its Consumer Healthcare (CHC) business in India and South Asia. Commenting on the appointment, Dr Shailesh Ayyangar, Managing Director, India and Vice President, South Asia, Sanofi, said, “Nikhilesh joins us at a time when we are building strong presence in consumer healthcare in India, with the recent closure of business swap with Boeringher Ingelheim and its incoming CHC brands. We greatly value Nikhilesh’s diverse and rich experience of over 20 years across varied consumer goods and OTC healthcare categories, and are confident that under his strong leadership we will accelerate the growth of our CHC business in India and South Asia”.
