SLCM introduces 31 AI ML empowered centres to test food grain quality
Sohan Lal Commodity Management ( SLCM ) Group , India ’ s leading onestop post-harvest Agri logistics player and warehouse service provider , has taken a landmark step in the Indian agri space with the launch of physical “ Krishi Quality Janch Kendra ” an AI ML empowered solution that is set to revolutionize food grain Quality Check in India . Aimed at facilitating farmers , traders , FPOs as well as corporate entities involved in QC of food grain , a total of 31 centres have been opened in the initial phase of the initiative across Delhi and Madhya Pradesh .
SLCM intends to establish at least 600 more Krishi Quality Janch Kendra Centre ’ s across different parts of the country till the end of February 2024 . An extension of SLCM ’ s flagship Agri Reach QC module an AI ML driven application , the first ever NABLaccredited food grain QC mobile app , Krishi Quality Janch Kendra is further a strong push for SLCM ’ s cohesive Digital platform .
Hosachiguru expands managed farmlands portfolio with Aamrut Farms
Hosachiguru , a Bengaluru-based managed farmland company , has announced the expansion with the launch of Aamrut Farms , closest farmland to Bengaluru which is just 40 kms away . Spread across an area of over 18 acres , the project is aimed at premium clientele including CXOs , startup founders and the likes . Among the key highlights , the project is seamlessly connected with Bengaluru airport and other important city centres , thereby offering an easy travel window for plot owners . It also features over 15 acres of existing
mango trees and an exclusive clubhouse with interconnected experiences among a host of other amenities .
Launched around mid-January 2024 , the project has already sold 70 % of the plots as an increasing number of homebuyers look for managed farmlands to experience a healthy living . Starting from 8,500 – 14,000 square feet , the land parcels are available from Rs 1 crore onwards and the company is planning a couple of more projects this year near Bengaluru .
