EDITOR’S note
High-flyer - a person who is extreme in aims, ambition, etc; a person of great ability,
especially in a career.
As we present our eleventh edition of BimROCK Magazine, it’s pretty clear that each
month we set ourselves a theme of some kind. This month we are soaring with the
high-flyers, aka, the very successful amongst us.
Our cover feature is the maestro Nicholas Brancker whose accomplishments are
indelibly etched on our minds. His music resonates in our hearts and if it’s not enough
to read and watch him here, the weekend of October 10 - 11th you can experience
his City Nights – Influences concert at the Frank Collymore Hall.
In this edition, added to our round table of talent, is Chef Creig Greenidge of CM
Catering and businessman Kemar Saffrey. We take a glimpse at Santosia the Short
Pants Formal and pair that with Tashida Cox’s - DFB Boutique style, for a mix of talent
so impressive and opulent that you might feel to fancy up before you take a read.
For me, what I love most about our line-up is the abundance of humility present
amidst the wealth of talent and success. It’s the number one thing that truly successful
people possess, no matter the size or scope of their successes.
Sounds like good stuff.
Happy soaring.
