He has now created a fantastic balance between family life and
business, as his wife Marsha and daughter Ayoka are always around to
offer support, motivation and volunteer as taste testers.
As a chef myself, Chef Greenidge is truly an inspiration to me, as he
remains humble, easy to interact with and extremely knowledgeable
in all things culinary. His advice for young people entering the
industry; “Once you are passionate, hardworking and have a love for
food . . . go for it!”
In case you are wondering, the black belly lamb dish he prepared
was simply delightful and 100% Bajan! Greenidge has a fantastic way
of highlighting local produce. Look out for him at the Barbados Food,
Wine & Rum Festival being held November 19-22, 2015.
