The transition to being his own boss was not necessarily an easy one but Creig’s passion and determination proved to be vital in making his new business successful. Creating budgets, building a solid team and maintaining a high standard of excellence as well as ensuring all loose ends were tied, meant many sleepless nights in the early stages. However the final result is a flourishing business which continues to grow and adapt to the changing needs of its clients. From breakfast parties, to premium all-inclusive fetes and everything in between, Creig’s scope also includes promotional launches of new products and a mastery of incorporating his sponsors’ offerings into his dishes. He has now become a household name in the catering business but the vision does not end there.
