-Concrete Cubes Strength ( Fcu ) after 28 days from casting shouldn ' t be less than 30 N / mm2 .
-Steel used is 400 / 600 high grade for main steel and 240 for stirrups .
-Columns Dowels shhouldn ' t be less than 1.25 m or 65T which greater .
-Columns Stirrups shoud last in the intersection between beams & Columns .
