And then finally we reach Jammu at about 7:00 pm in
the evening. And we were greeted by my old rider
friends Sumit Gupta, Rohit & Ali , who had already
done our hotel bookings and straight they took us to
our hotel. We spent some quality time together... and
remembered our old rides.
Par Ludhiana aane se pahele in Jalandhar mera rider
friend came to meet me taking chutti at his job and
travelled almost 200 kms, so that he could hug me. His
was Gautam Sahu. Phir kya usko bhi maine subah
tak jaane nahi diya.. apne saath apni hotel mai stay
karwaya phir he left for his job from Ludhiana.
JAMMU TO LUDHIANA - 15TH DAY
It has became our routine that we used to start by
morning 5:30 or 6:00 am and reach our planned
destination by the end of the day. So according to our
plan we reached Ludhiana at the day end and there Mr.
Jagjeet Namdhari (owner of "RIDE ON GEARS") and
his wife Simran Bhabhi came to pick us up and took
us to his house where we all had dinner together...
What a homely feeling and hospitality... and best was a
delicious Punjabi food... aaa haaaa... Jab itne dino
baad ghar kaa khaana mile toh kyaa honaa thaa...
Saare ke Saare toot pade... and because Paaji knew
that since 15 days we all were away from our respected
houses... So how much we were missing home food he
was aware about it... God bless to Paaji and his wife for
the warm welcome and lots of love to his kids. Then
Paaji booked a hotel for us to stay at night and with the
warm hug we said good bye to each-other.
LUDHIANA TO DELHI TO AGRA - 16TH DAY
Next day early in the morning we started from
Ludhiana towards Delhi... What a transition that was,
Kudrat ki goad mai se concrete ki goad mai... for
the moment I felt like swarg se wapas dharti par aa
gaye.. par isi kaa naam life hai...
Our convoy was on a mission Nagpur by crossing and
dodging city traffic to highways and then again to city
traffic and reached Delhi by 7:00 pm.
Hamraari sab ki shakale utri hui thi... aur Ladakh ka
hangover chadha hua thaa... everyone was like...
"YEH KAHAAAN AA GAYE HUM... YUHI RIDE KARTE
KARTE..." and we all started laughing.
