Based on our ride through COSTA RICA, here
is a list of few things you will need to keep in
mind.
Documents you need for
your COSTA RICA Visa
FILLED VISA FORM
PASSPORT & PHOTOCOPY
PHOTOGRAPHS (2 NOS)
BIKE RC (ORIGINAL)
BIKE INSURANCE OF YOUR COUNTRY
BIKE CARNET
BIKE PUC
INTERNATIONAL DRIVING LICENSE
ENTRY IN COSTA RICA
Fill up the immigration form and get a
stamp in your passport for entry.
BIKE PERMIT
You will need a copy of the entry stamp,
original RC and passport.
After checking the bike they will give you a
paper, after which you have to go 200
meters and get the insurance which will
cost you $ 30. Then they will give you the
bike permit.
EXIT FROM COSTA RICA
You will have to pay $ 8 as exit tax per
passport. Fill up a form and stamp your
passport to exit.
BIKE EXIT FROM COSTA RICA
Fill up a form.
Give them your Costa Rica bike permit.
They will stamp the form you filled and
return it to you.
