Arvalem Waterfall Ashvem Beach Bats Island This is one of the places to visit in Goa especially if you have children in tow. They are not as huge as the Dudhsagar Waterfalls since they are only about 50 meters hight and 7 meters wide. Located at the end of the North Goa beach stretch, Ashvem Beach is relatively unfrequented by visitors and as a result is exceptionally quiet and serene. This is the beach you want to visit when on a trip with the family or when on your honeymoon. The Island is home to some great water-sporting action and you cant take part in snorkelling here. There are professional facilities available for snorkelling and they also provide one with the equipment and the instructions. Corjuem Fort This is a popular spot with tourists and makes for a nice break from the beaches. The Fort was built in 1550 and has since seen many parties take control of it-from the Indian rulers to the colonists. Mollem National Park Benaulim Beach De Baga Deck It is located just 2km from Colva beach, and it is a good place to kick back and relax. The beach is made up of the soft white sands that make Goa such a joy to travellers. Open the entire day, De Baga Deck is a great place both for the day and for the night. The food quality is good enough though not out of the world. It is a part of the Bhagwan Mahaveer Sanctuary and is situated 60km away from Panjim along the border with Karnataka. This is great place for family trips. Day out with Crocodiles at Cumbharjua in Goa About the Activity-Visit the amazing Cortalim jetty, take a boat, and go to Cumbharjua canals for watching the aquatic predators-crocodile. Unlike zoo, you get to see the crocodiles at one of the biggest wetlands in Goa. Galgibaga Beach It is the cleanest beach in Goa. One will surely have a gala time here as they will be able to enjoy the clean beach, the yellow sand, and the turquoise blue water.
