After a quick shower, we got ready to head to eat. I wanted to try eating a frog. Since our visit to Laos, this had been playing in my mind - 'If I can eat a chicken, I should be fine with frog too. Why should I think it is impossible to eat, just because I know it is frog ? If it is about feeling guilty about eating an animal, I should feel the same about chicken too. It is all about our habits and what we are accustomed to and how our minds get conditioned. We entered the restaurant and I bravely ordered the frog. It had very tiny leg and actually almost nothing to eat. I closed my eyes and I couldn't even tell if there was any difference between chicken and frog legs ! Out of my head ! I now needed to find REAL food to eat. We spent a good couple of days in Cambodia and we were ready to get back to Thailand, as our agent, permission and entry date were fixed. We rode 130 kms to the border in 2 hours. Our agent was waiting there to receive us at the Cambodia - Thailand Border. Poiet - Aranyprthet (Cambodia - Thailand Border), May 9th, 2017, 12:30 pm. Thailand Again by DR. MARAL YAZARLOO - PATTRICK After our ride through Cambodia, we had to return to Thailand, in order to get to Malaysia Thum and Thipp, our agent and guide were waiting for us at the Cambodia - Thailand Border. They had all our documents ready and just needed our passports and signatures on a few documents. We did not have to stamp our Carnet in Thailand as the authorities had already provided us with permits for our bike, which we needed to return when we finally left the country. While the Thailand's processes are much easier, it has become a very expensive destination for riders. It is definitely not affordable to spend a long duration here. As soon as we crossed the border, we heard the roar of bikes and we went to investigate what bikes these were. And we had the biggest surprise - the bikers were Big Daddy, Monster and 6 other BMW riders. They came to welcome us back to Thailand. I cannot tell you how wonderful these people are - full of love and such pure hearts. We were really glad to see them !
