ISSUE 02 | FEBRUARY 2020 Remember there were similar resistance and fear when computer and IT were introduced. Today IT has the highest job opportunities. There will always be need for human interface and with more machines and AI, we will start craving for personal attention and thus there will be increased demand of jobs in personal interaction space. AI Is also created by human and we need human to understand and design the same to bring more efficiency. However, even with AI and VR the need for the human interface will not become redundant. After all, don't we all feel the need to talk to a telephone operator more than an automatic call answering machine? Riding is the best time to talk to yourself, almost like meditation PANKAJ DUBEY BC: India has a talented youth in every field, including bike racing and bike rally, but compare to other countries, Why India has produced very fewer riders or racers in the international circuits? Is this because racing, rally's and riding are still not considered as a sport in India or because of lack of training institutions and sponsorships, as this is a costly sport? PD: The culture of bike racing and rallies is growing and the youth is participating in all these events but the culture is still developing, even the training institutes are less in number as compared to other countries. Also, being a costly sport the riders need sponsorship to compete at the higher level as these high-end bikes are expensive. We are seeing some of the Indian Riders are achieving success in Asian and Global events like Asian Road Racing Championship, Dakar and few others and we wish to see more participation in the near future. As it grows more popular you can expect more sponsorship too. BIKERS CLUB ® MAGAZINE | PAGE 15 BC: Riding culture, riding clubs, riders community, riders brotherhood is growing in India, what do you feel about this culture? PD: I feel that these riding clubs are promoting riding culture in India and attracting young bike enthusiasts and even elder ones too. It makes them unite by creating a brotherhood atmosphere in which every age group rider is welcome. These group activities give every bike owner a new lifestyle as most of them are successful and on weekends they have time to pursue their passion for riding. This is also getting like minded individuals together. BC: How do you define success? According to you, who's the most successful person? A person with more money and a name or a person with less money but following his/her dreams and passion? PD: We all know the importance of goals, and to me, success is hitting your goals. Both person with more money and name have a different interpretation of success. Some people have a goal to earn a lot of money and a name. They feel successful when they achieve it whereas some like to follow their dreams and work hard to achieve. The definition of success is different for different people. I do feel successful people are those who believe in their BIG dream and achieve it. Success to me is a blend of realizing dream, passion and earning the required resources which may include money too. But I believe money is a by-product of success. For me it can never be a primary goal. A person with less money or no money can be termed as successful too, provided he is content with his achievements and is resourceful. We can see many such people in the list of Padma awardees 2020. Thanks to the current government for acknowledging their success. BC: You have said it on many platforms that you are a self-made astrologer, how did you learn this? And how accurate is this science? How these planets harms or benefits us, as they are so far away? Does this work? And if this science is exact, then it should affect all living beings and not only humans? PD: My experiments and learnings of astrology has been on a practical basis. I was a non believer but with passage of time and watching closely the professional astrologers resolving problems of so many individuals, I learnt that it is a science for people of those who understand astrology in true sense. I learnt and experimented with many theories of astrology and concluded many are 100% true. This science is very accurate if you meet a true astrologers, though it is difficult to find one. Any astrologer who is interested in only extracting money from you is a businessman first than an astrologer.
