WHY I RIDE ? especially solo.
What do I think about riding? And why I ride ? Is tough to explain,
because riding is not just an experience or a commuting mean, but
MY
POINT OF

I believe riding motorcycle represents lifestyle, a lifestyle of
adventure, a lifestyle of travel, a lifestyle of brotherhood, a lifestyle
of togetherness, a lifestyle of fashion, a lifestyle of social
awareness, a lifestyle of parity, and a lifestyle of soulfulness.
I agree and want to make it very clear that, riding motorcycle is a
subjective experience, and it's distinct between commuters and
riders. It's the easy and cheapest mean of travel thats why many
people prefer commuting via motorcycles but its also the best
medium to explore and to know yourself too. The question is How ?
Commuters have a route pattern, they travel A to B, whereas riders
has destination fixed or sometimes its not, so its more challenging
and fun, and more of it to explore new routes, places and culture. I
am not saying only riders can explore or make different
connections, travellers and bag-packers does it too, but riders have
more freedom when it comes to travel and ride to the remote and
exotic places.
There are riders who rides in a group and some rides solo, group
riding makes you discipline rider, and they follow particular pattern
in riding, but in solo riding, it's about you and your soulmate (bike).
I prefer solo riding mostly, because, it's kind of meditation, it's all
about detaching yourself from all the stress and anxieties from your
routine life and hit the road with soulful ride.
When you are riding solo, you preferably get time to spend some
time with yourself with the freedom of your travel and stoppage,
And that too without fixing any destinations sometimes, solo riding gives an opportunity to talk to yourself, detox yourself
by blending it with nature, it's kind a vibration what nature gives you by trying to know and talking to yourself, you find
amazing potential within you, which will not only strengthen you physically but also mentally too.
I want to quote a very famous saying amongst riders "SOMETIMES YOU FIND YOURSELF IN THE MIDDLE OF
NOWHER BUT SOMETIMES IN THE MIDDLE OF NOWHERE YOU FIND YOURSELF" and it's true with every word.
Taking solo rides, be it short or long, lets you discover new places without any biased opinion of others, you get your
own experience by exploring the places. You get time to explore the beauty of nature and observe all the meaningful
details which we never observe when we are riding in groups or travelling by any other mediums, you get freedom to
spend some quality and meaningful time wherever you wanna spend. And most of it you get quality time to think about
your problems and future by detaching yourself from the problems you are going through, and when you do that you
usually find concrete solutions.
But I again say it's very subjective experience. Solo riding is kind of meditation but if you ride below the speed of 50
km/h. So I quote "IF YOU WANNA KNOW YOURSELF AND YOUR POTENTIALS THEN TRY RIDING SOLO ONCE A
MONTH" you will notice lots of changes in yourself, your perception towards life will get more constructive and focused.
