medium sized pig this recipe will make
enough for 3 or 4 people.

Pork back strap x 1
Garlic cloves x 3
Fresh Ginger x 1 knob
Red onion x 1
Coconut cream x 400ml or 1 tin
Pineapple chunks x 400gm or 1 tin
Coriander x 1/2 bunch
Soft spices
Ground Chilli x 1 teaspoon
Ground Cumin x 1 teaspoon
Ground Turmeric x 1 teaspoon
Coriander flakes x 1 teaspoon
Hard spices
Cumin Seeds x 1 teaspoon
Coriander seeds x 1 teaspoon
Cloves x 1/2 teaspoon
