Tri-County Action Program , Inc . is soliciting a Request for Proposal ( RFP ) for Weatherization Contractors to provide General Contracting , HVAC and Plumbing Services to Income Eligible Households in Stearns , Sherburne , and Benton counties .

We are looking for an applicant who likes to work with people , has basic computer skills , and is attentive to detail .

Monday - Friday $ 18-20 / HR + Commissions

The showroom manager will lead the store to residential retail success , embodying our passion for consistency , and quality . You will be responsible for strengthening Lefebvre ’ s Carpet ’ s distinctive brand through exceptional store operations , strategic planning , and strong collaboration with team members and contractors alike .

Requirements :

• Guest Experience

• Leadership andTeam Management Experience

• Strong knowledge of floor sales techniques

• Passionate about customer service with a strong ability to understand customer needs

• Strong organizational and problem solving skills

• Excellent communication skills , both written and verbal
