The
USASF Mission of
Conduct Compliance
In 2022 , the USASF formally established the Conduct & Compliance Department ( CCD ) which serves a crucial role in supporting the well-being of our athletes and the integrity of our sport . The CCD collaborates with the USASF Board of Directors to develop standards and expectations for all members . With a dedicated staff of five , the CCD educates and upholds these standards to promote safe and positive environments for our members .
These guidelines are detailed in The Code of Conduct & Compliance ( The Code ). The USASF requires all members to be familiar with and adhere to The Code which covers conduct regulations , abuse prevention policies and compliance guidelines . These measures uphold USASF ’ s mission and help protect the physical , emotional and social development of our athletes .
The CCD also strives to eliminate obstacles that might impede members from reporting instances of misconduct or noncompliance . An enhanced online reporting process provides a framework to help establish that concerns are effectively documented and assessed for appropriate response and resolution . All reports are handled with the utmost confidentiality and approached with a sense of professional empathy .
