Fat-Head Pizza Dough
You can never have too much cheese right, so here’s cheesy option
INGREDIENTS METHOD
170gm shredded mozzarella Preheat the oven to 200°C.
2 tbsp cream cheese Heat mozzarella and cream cheese
in a non-stick (very important) pan
on medium heat or in a heat proof
bowl in the microwave. Stir until
they melt together. Add the other
ingredients and mix well.
¾ cup almond flour
1 tsp white wine vinegar
1 egg
½ tsp salt
olive oil
Pierce your pizza base with a fork
all over.
Bake for 10 – 15 minutes until
golden.
Add your toppings then cook for
another 10-15 minutes.
Slather some olive oil on your hands
and press the dough into a circle on
some baking paper.
